教师的职业价值观是教师职业发展的内在动因,而高职公共课教师却面临着突出的职业困惑。客观地认识高职公共课教师职业价值观现状及成因,并进一步探索提升高职公共课教师职业价值观的途径,有助于公共课独有的社会功能的实现,也有助于公共课承担者的自我完善以及幸福感的实现。

Teachers' professional values is the intrinsic motivation of the teachers' professional development,vocational public teachers are faced with a prominent career confusion.Objective understanding of the vocational teachers' professional values and causes and to further explore ways to enhance the vocational teachers' professional values help public class unique social function,but also help the public class improve and achieve happiness.
