新建地方本科院校工科类青年教师工程能力普遍不强,不利于应用型人才的培养和青年教师的提高。文章结合学校和教师实际,提出＂提高青年教师工程实践能力,走‘双师’型路线＂的思路。在工程能力认识,学习型组织,学术交流,校企合作,横向课题研究等方面提出了一些有益的途径探索。

Engineering capability of young teachers in local newly engineering class is generally not strong,is not conducive to the applied talents and the improvement of young teachers.Combination of schools and teachers practical,"Improve young teachers' engineering practice ability,and take the ideas of 'dual teacher' line".Understanding of the learning organization,academic exchanges,cooperation with enterprises,horizontal issues,put forward some useful ways to explore the engineering capabilities.
