研究生党建工作是人才培养的重要平台,而新生是研究生中最具有活力和可塑性的群体,做好研究生新生党建工作具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析研究生新生党建工作面临主要问题的基础上,从重视新生党员入党后再教育、完善研究生党支部构建、提升组织生活质量、关注党员骨干力量培养、用好主题教育活动平台、关注积极分子培养等六大方面,提出了加强和改进研究生新生党建工作的探索性建议。

Graduates party building work is an important platform for personnel training,while the newborn vitality and plasticity of the groups,do graduate students party building work has important practical significance.On the basis of analysis of graduate students work of party building facing the main issues,from a focus on newborn party members to join the party after the education,improve the graduate party branch build,enhance the quality of life of the organization,with party members and the backbone of training,educational activities platform with a good theme,Focus on the positive elements the six aspects of culture,etc.,to explore proposals to strengthen and improve the graduate students work of party building.
