補腎排石中藥%654-2%泌尿繫結石
보신배석중약%654-2%비뇨계결석
目的：观察补肾排石中药和654-2治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：设立对照组和实验组,实验组20例,采用补肾排石中药和654-2治疗治疗直径≤10mm的泌尿系结石;对照组20例,其中10例用654-2辅于饮水运动疗法治疗,另10例仅口服补肾排石中药。结果：实验组总排石率高达90%,与对照组总排石率55%比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾排石中药和654-2联合治疗能明显促进泌尿系结石的排出。

목적：관찰보신배석중약화654-2치료비뇨계결석적료효。방법：설립대조조화실험조,실험조20례,채용보신배석중약화654-2치료치료직경≤10mm적비뇨계결석;대조조20례,기중10례용654-2보우음수운동요법치료,령10례부구복보신배석중약。결과：실험조총배석솔고체90%,여대조조총배석솔55%비교,차이유현저성의의（P〈0.05）。결론：보신배석중약화654-2연합치료능명현촉진비뇨계결석적배출。
Objective:To observe the effect of kidney tonifying herbal medicine and 654-2 on treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:The experimental group and the control group were established.There were 20 cases in experimental group,in which kidney tonifying herbal medicine and 654-2 were adopted to treat urinary calculi with diameter≤ 10mm;as for 20 cases in the control group,654-2 assisted in the drinking water exercise therapy was used in 10 cases of them;only oral kidney tonifying herbal medicine was used in the other 10 cases.Results:The total stone removing rate of experimental group reached as high as 90%.Compared with that of control group(55%),there was significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying herbal medicine combined with 654-2 treatment could obviously promote the removal of urinary stones.
