日本通过职业教育模式成功地培训"介护士",较好地解决了日本国内养老服务人才不足的问题。目前,我国社区养老服务人才严重不足,这也是制约我国养老服务领域发展的瓶颈。在借鉴的基础上创新养老服务人才培养模式,是高等职业院校的必然选择。
