以Stem-Volmer方程和罗丹明6G吸收光谱研究了槲皮素-罗丹明6G荧光猝灭体系。结果表明,槲皮素、罗丹明6G间发生静态猝灭,生成稳定复合物,二者的结合常数和结合点数为k1=2.63×10^6.mo^1,n1=1.14;k2=7.42×10^5·mol^-1,n2=1.07。槲皮素的质量浓度在0.01~0.2ug·mL^-1和0.2-5.0ug·mL-1范围内与F0/F成正比,检出限为5.9ng·mL^-1,加标回收率为91.7%~104%,方法可用于槲皮素含量测定。

The fluorescence quenching system between quercetin and rhodamine 6G was studied by the Stern- Volmer equation and the UV- Vis absorption spectrum. The static fluorescence quenching process occurred between them. Their binding constants and the numbers of binding sites were obtained with k1 = 2.63 x 10^6L .mol^-1, n1 = 1. 14 and k2 = 7.42 x 10^5L . mol^-1, n2 = 1. 07. Two linear relationships were got between F0/F and the concentration of quercetin in the ranges of 0.01 ~ 0.21ug . mL^-1 and 0.2 -5.0ug . mL^-1 respectively with the detection limit of 5.9ng . mL^-1 and the recovery of 91.7% - 104%. The method can be used for quantitative determination of quercetin.
