以钛酸四丁酯为原料,在高浓度的硝酸溶液条件下,采用低温水解方法合成微晶TiO2光催化剂,分别采用XRD、FTTR、SEM、TEM、PL等测试技术对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明:在低温85℃条件下,加入65mL硝酸可以制得结构和形貌不同的HO2微晶,该材料在225nm波长诱导下表现出420砌的发光性能。所得TiO2微晶60min之内可在太阳光照射条件下将25mg/L的甲基橙完全分解。
以鈦痠四丁酯為原料,在高濃度的硝痠溶液條件下,採用低溫水解方法閤成微晶TiO2光催化劑,分彆採用XRD、FTTR、SEM、TEM、PL等測試技術對催化劑進行瞭錶徵。實驗結果錶明:在低溫85℃條件下,加入65mL硝痠可以製得結構和形貌不同的HO2微晶,該材料在225nm波長誘導下錶現齣420砌的髮光性能。所得TiO2微晶60min之內可在太暘光照射條件下將25mg/L的甲基橙完全分解。

The photo -catalyst, ce -doped TiO2 microcrystal with different Ta doping concentrations synthe- tized by using tetrabutyl titanate as raw material in low temperature, was represented with some measuring and tes- ting techniques, such as XRD, FITR, SEM, TEM, PL, and DRS. At the same time, the degradation perform- ance of microcrystalline TiO2 on methyl orange was studied in ordinary sunlight conditions. The result of this ex- periment shows that microcrystalline TiO2 at 85℃, Ce doped into TiO2 lattice causes changes in TiO2 crystal struc- ture. Meanwhile, the light absorption of catalyst can be extending to the visible light. When the concentration of Ce is 0.75% , the methyl orange can be degraded within 60 minutes under visible radiation.
