This paper makes experimental comparison investigation on oil separator' s oil return capillary tube with different size for R410A domestic air conditioning. The result shows that it is suitable for air conditioning in capacity of 7200W using R410A as refrigerant when the ratio of the flow of main capillary tube divided by the flow of oil return capillary tube is 5.5%.
