使用热稳定性试验仪,试样装在边长100 mm或25 mm的立方形钢丝网容器中,分别在140℃、120℃和100℃的条件下暴露于空气中,测量24 h内的最高温度,从而对其潜在的热危险性进行评价。实验证明,代森锰锌含量等于60%及以上时,不论产品为何种包装,均为自热物质;代森锰锌含量小于60%的复配制剂,要根据试验结果判定试样是否为自热物质。

The ability of a substance to undergo oxidative self-heating was determined by exposure of it to air at temperatures of 100 ℃, 120 ℃ or 140 ℃ in a 25 mm or 100 mm wire mesh cube and measure the maximum temperature within 24 hours using self-made thermal stability test instruments. The experiments proved that mancozeb content, equal to 60% and above, no matter which packaging for the product, are a self-heating substance ; content of less than 60% of the Mixture, only base on test resuhs to determine whether a substance is a self- heating substance.
