为佐证和评价三聚氰胺(melamine,MA)的亚慢性毒性,以每kg饲料1 000mg MA的探针剂量对刚断乳狸花猫幼猫进行了180d的饲喂试验。结果发现肾脏器质性损伤明显;肝脏中出现炎性细胞和坏死的肝细胞;膀胱、大脑、脾、肾上腺未见明显病变。ALT、γ-GGT、CRE和UA等生化指标升高;尿常规检测结果显示白细胞为弱阳性;血常规指标、器官指数未见异常;对猫的体重和采食量未见显著影响。1 000mg MA/kg饲料染毒对幼猫具有亚慢性毒性,最大无作用剂量(maximal no-effect level,MNEL)应远小于190.1±90.0mg/(kg.bw.d)。

To verify and evaluate sub-chronic toxicity of melamine(MA),a single probe dose,1 000mg per kg feed was subject to a Chinese Li Hua kitten for 180d.Functional disorders and organic damage were found in kidney,and inflammatory cells and damaged liver cells were observed as well.No histological abnormal were observed in bladder,brain,spleen and adrenal.Biochemical index ALT,GGT,CRE,and UA increased as time extended,which implied abnormal renal and hepatic function.WBC was weak positive in urine,there was no abnormal were found in blood cells and organ index,and there was no significant effect on growth and feed intake.The estimated MNEL of MA should be more lower than 190.1±90.0mg/(kg·bw·d).
