As an example of the production of caustic soda by ionic membrane method engineering and the production of PVC by calcium carbide method engineering, we conducted the comprehensive analysis about the Chlor-alkali production process sewage link and the control measures at this stage.Through these analysis,we found the inadequacies and suggested some comprehensive utilization measures.At last,we can treat more completely measures for the Chlor-alkali industry "three wastes" and improve the utilizated efficiency of the resources.
