According to the construction and sharing status of sci - tech literature resources in every province in China, the paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing provincial medical sci - tech innovation service platform from the aspects of platform design, reali- zation objects and construction assessment, finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding strategies, in order to provide convenience for information communication among the peers in every province.
