在分析目前国内外现状的基础上．对以工学结合、校企合作的办学模式进行比较和研究，重点介绍广东科学技术职业学院信管专业在创建国家示范院校进程中．积极探索“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式，在坚持“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”办学方针的基础上，提出“校企双主体”共育SAP信管应用型人才。该模式以两支队伍、两个培养阵地共同完成专业人才培养任务，达到校、企、生“三赢”的效果。

Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, makes comparision and discussion on the school-running modes of learning in working and school-enterprise cooperation. Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology has actively explored the talent cultivation model of learning in working and school-enterprise cooperation in the new round of higher vocational education reformation, and puts forward the talent cultivation model of school enterprise dual subjects to cultivate the SAP information management application talents which with two teaching teams and two training fields, and effects on three wins, the school, enterprises and students.
