Analysis of the general business-oriented and enterprise-led logistics business ecosystem, come to the conclusion that small and mediu,n-sized logistics enterprises should choose a gap-based development strategies and multi-system involvement in strategy, and based on the theory of business ecosystem development path of China's logistics enterprises: a small number of en- terprises to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises chose to change the ecology of the ecosystem or to buiht new business ecosystems, and thus become the backbone of enterprise-led logistics ecosystems.
