为检测门锁控制器在沿电源线的电瞬态传导抗扰方面的能力,文章阐述了门锁控制器沿电源线的电瞬态传导抗扰测试平台的搭建和测试步骤,并对门锁控制器进行沿电源线的电瞬态传导抗扰试验,试验结果表明:施加骚扰脉冲1期间门锁控制器不能正常工作;施加骚扰脉冲1之后及施加骚扰脉冲2a,3a,3b期间及之后门锁控制器均能正常工作。
為檢測門鎖控製器在沿電源線的電瞬態傳導抗擾方麵的能力,文章闡述瞭門鎖控製器沿電源線的電瞬態傳導抗擾測試平檯的搭建和測試步驟,併對門鎖控製器進行沿電源線的電瞬態傳導抗擾試驗,試驗結果錶明:施加騷擾脈遲1期間門鎖控製器不能正常工作;施加騷擾脈遲1之後及施加騷擾脈遲2a,3a,3b期間及之後門鎖控製器均能正常工作。

Abstract:In order to test the performance of electrical transient conduction immunity of door lock controller, the paper introduces the establishment and test steps of the platform for electrical transient conduction immunity and also tests electrical transient conduction immunity along the supply lines. The results show that door controller cannot work normally when hurst disturbanee 1 is applied: and after the burst disturbance 1 as well as when burst disturbances 2a,3a and 3b are applied, the door lock controller can work normally. Analyzing the test results and based on rules of ISO7637-2:2004 the test results are evaluated, at the same lime the requirements of product design is satisfied according to the working condition of door lock controller.
