Abstract:Accurale evaluation results can be obtained by verification model with the sense of real vehicle in automotive styling evaluation, and verification model parts play an important role in improving the quality of styling verification model. This paper introduces the difficuh points in manufacturing of the complex and special parts of verified model, such as shell cavity part,transparent parts and chromium plating parts. How to use optimizedmanufacturing method, fabrication process and part material to manufacture excellent verification model part is described. The best verifiication model paris are obtained with lowest cost and fastest speed.
