针对目前国际石油危机，我国石油需求加大的现状，发展新型能源迫在眉睫。虽然我国从20世纪70年代开始研发新能源甲醇汽油，但未真正投入批量生产和正式全面推广，而且生产工艺更没有系统化。目前，三线管道调合定量装车工艺属行业先进技术，是按体积比例要求，在甲醇、汽油和添加剂发油的同时，实现瞬时混合，达到合格甲醇汽油的一种工艺方法。该方法通过批量控制仪来调整各路调节阀，保证瞬时流量按比例发油，后经混合器调配成甲醇汽油，从而实现三线管道调合生产。
