目的探讨研究降温毯治疗重度脑损伤期间的有效护理模式.方法将我科2009年9月至2012年7月收治的重度脑损伤患者60例随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规护理,实验组30例给予细节护理干预,对比观察两组患者护理干预后的效果.结果两组患者治疗效果比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；实验组患者通过细节护理干预,降温毯使用期间不良事件发生率低,存活患者住院时间短,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论降温毯治疗重度脑损伤期间给予细节护理干预效果较好,可以减少治疗期间的并发症,缩短患者住院时间,减轻其经济负担.
목적 탐토연구강온담치료중도뇌손상기간적유효호리모식.방법 장아과2009년9월지2012년7월수치적중도뇌손상환자60례수궤분위량조,대조조30례급여상규호리,실험조30례급여세절호리간예,대비관찰량조환자호리간예후적효과.결과 량조환자치료효과비교차이무현저성(P＞0.05)；실험조환자통과세절호리간예,강온담사용기간불량사건발생솔저,존활환자주원시간단,여대조조비교차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 강온담치료중도뇌손상기간급여세절호리간예효과교호,가이감소치료기간적병발증,축단환자주원시간,감경기경제부담.
Objective To explore and study the effective model of nursing care in cooling blanket treatment of severe brain damage.Methods From September 2009 to July 2012,60 cases admitted with severe brain injury were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 30 patients received conventional care,the experimental group with 30 cases given detail care,effects after care intervention of two groups were observed and compared.Results The treatment effect of the two groups showed no significant difference,P＞0.05; through the detail care for the experimental group patients,a low incidence of adverse events was maintained during cooling blanket use,survivors with shorter hospital stay,compared with the control group,a statistical significant difference was found,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion Detail nursing care intervention with the cooling blanket treatment for severe brain injury has better treatment effect,it can reduce complications,shorter hospital stay,and mitigate the patients' economic burden.
