转型提升是当前我国经济发展的必然趋势，但转型提升不是抛弃现有的基础“另起炉灶”，而是在现有基础上的辩证否定。温州经济转型提升必须在传统优秀产业的基础上通过辨证的否定，实现自我完善、自我发展，否则只能是海市蜃楼，虚幻一场，甚至是造成重大失误。同时面对温州经济实际，通过品牌创新，以品牌驱动实现经济转型提升是温州经济可持续发展的、较为适切的根本路径。
전형제승시당전아국경제발전적필연추세，단전형제승불시포기현유적기출“령기로조”，이시재현유기출상적변증부정。온주경제전형제승필수재전통우수산업적기출상통과변증적부정，실현자아완선、자아발전，부칙지능시해시신루，허환일장，심지시조성중대실오。동시면대온주경제실제，통과품패창신，이품패구동실현경제전형제승시온주경제가지속발전적、교위괄절적근본로경。
Transformation and upgrading is the necessary trend in the development of economy. But transformation and upgrad-ing does not mean abandoning the existing basis or making a fresh start, while, it refers to dialectical negation on the present basis. The Transformation and upgrading of Wenzhou economy must base on traditional and dominant industry to fulfill self-improvement and self-development by dialectical negation;otherwise, it will be a mirage or a vanity and even sustain great losses. Meanwhile, con-fronting with the practice of Wenzhou economy, the author proposes basic path for transforming and upgrading sustainable develop-ment of Wenzhou economy via brand innovation and brand drive.
