本文提出一种以STM32F107单片机为核心的石油井下压力测试系统,围绕该单片机进行了系统硬件和软件的设计,并对系统进行了耐高温、高压设计和灌胶工艺,以提高系统的可靠性。最后,在井场进行了射孔压力测试实验,实验结果证明了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
本文提齣一種以STM32F107單片機為覈心的石油井下壓力測試繫統,圍繞該單片機進行瞭繫統硬件和軟件的設計,併對繫統進行瞭耐高溫、高壓設計和灌膠工藝,以提高繫統的可靠性。最後,在井場進行瞭射孔壓力測試實驗,實驗結果證明瞭繫統的穩定性和可靠性。

This paper presents one kind of oil-well pressure measurement system based on STM32F107. Based on the MCU, system hardware and software design are demonstrated. In order to enhance reliability of equipment, thermostabilization, pressurization design and glue-filling process are implemented on system. Finally, perforation pressure measurement experiment was carried out on field drilling rig. Result shows that system has good stability and reliability.
