目的:探讨经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨干远端1/3骨折的临床效果。方法自2011年4月至2013年4月,对29例胫骨干远端1/3骨折患者,采用经皮微创植入锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,评估术中情况、骨折愈合情况、手术前后Johner-Wruh评分、术后患者满意度,以及不良反应发生情况等。结果29例患者均获得有效随访,平均随访时间(11.2±0.8)个月。平均手术时间为(70.7±12.5) min,平均术中出血量为(157.3±16.4) mL;患者X线平均愈合时间为(14.7±2.6)周,平均完全负重时间为(15.2±3.1)周;患者治疗后Johner-Wruh评分显著上升(P<0.05);术后平均满意度评分为(93.4±2.1)分;随访发现1例不良反应。结论经皮微创钢板内固定手术是治疗胫骨干远端1/3骨折的有效方法。
目的:探討經皮微創鋼闆內固定治療脛骨榦遠耑1/3骨摺的臨床效果。方法自2011年4月至2013年4月,對29例脛骨榦遠耑1/3骨摺患者,採用經皮微創植入鎖定加壓鋼闆內固定治療,評估術中情況、骨摺愈閤情況、手術前後Johner-Wruh評分、術後患者滿意度,以及不良反應髮生情況等。結果29例患者均穫得有效隨訪,平均隨訪時間(11.2±0.8)箇月。平均手術時間為(70.7±12.5) min,平均術中齣血量為(157.3±16.4) mL;患者X線平均愈閤時間為(14.7±2.6)週,平均完全負重時間為(15.2±3.1)週;患者治療後Johner-Wruh評分顯著上升(P<0.05);術後平均滿意度評分為(93.4±2.1)分;隨訪髮現1例不良反應。結論經皮微創鋼闆內固定手術是治療脛骨榦遠耑1/3骨摺的有效方法。
목적:탐토경피미창강판내고정치료경골간원단1/3골절적림상효과。방법자2011년4월지2013년4월,대29례경골간원단1/3골절환자,채용경피미창식입쇄정가압강판내고정치료,평고술중정황、골절유합정황、수술전후Johner-Wruh평분、술후환자만의도,이급불량반응발생정황등。결과29례환자균획득유효수방,평균수방시간(11.2±0.8)개월。평균수술시간위(70.7±12.5) min,평균술중출혈량위(157.3±16.4) mL;환자X선평균유합시간위(14.7±2.6)주,평균완전부중시간위(15.2±3.1)주;환자치료후Johner-Wruh평분현저상승(P<0.05);술후평균만의도평분위(93.4±2.1)분;수방발현1례불량반응。결론경피미창강판내고정수술시치료경골간원단1/3골절적유효방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation in tibia fractures of distal 1/3. Methods From April 2011 to April 2013, 29 cases with tibia fractures of distal 1/3 were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation. The situation of operation, the fracture healing, postoperative Johner-Wruh score, patient satisfaction after operation and the incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated. Results All the patients were followed up for (11.2 ±0.8) months. In the 29 cases, the average operation time was (70.7 ±12.5) min and the average bleeding quantity was (157.3±16.4) ml. The average radiographic healing time was (14.7±2.6) weeks and full weight-bearing time averaged (15.2±3.1) weeks. Johner-Wruh score of patients increased significantly after surgery (P<0.05). The average postoperative satisfaction score was (93.4±2.1). One case of adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is an effective method for the treatment of tibia fractures of distal 1/3.
