三极磁轴承除了具有一般磁轴承的优点外,还具有体积小、功耗低、成本低等特点,因此在真空、超净、高速等场合具有广阔的应用前景。首先介绍了三极磁轴承的原理与结构;然后描述了国内外学者针对三极主动磁轴承和三极混合磁轴承展开的研究工作,并对三极磁轴承关键技术的研究现状进行归纳总结;最后根据三极磁轴承高速、高精、低成本的发展方向,分析了三极磁轴承研究的发展趋势。

Besides the advantages of the normal magnetic bearing, three-pole magnetic bearing has some characters of small volume, low power loss and low cost. So the three-pole magnetic bearing has a wide application prospect in vacuum space, spotless area, high speed and many other fields. The principle and structure of the three-pole magnetic bearing are first described. Then, the works made by native and abroad researchers about three-pole active magnetic bearing and the three-pole hybrid magnetic bearing are introduced. And the research statues of the key technologies of the three-pole magnetic bearing are summarized. Finally, the trends of the three-pole magnetic bearing are analyzed based on the magnetic bearing developing directions of high speed, high precision and low cost.
