铝土矿是河南省优势矿产,铝工业是河南省重点发展的“六大”支柱产业之一,整体实力居全国首位。近年,在铝工业快速发展的同时,铝土矿资源的勘查、开发和利用方面出现了一些亟需解决的问题:民采问题突出,采富弃贫现象严重;回采率低,加剧铝土矿资源危机程度;大量低品位铝土矿不能有效利用。提高河南省铝土矿利用效率的建议:开发提高资源采、选、冶回收率和综合利用率的高新技术;促进低品位、难选冶矿床选冶技术的开发和资源回收再利用技术的应用;应用高新技术改造传统工艺,降低经济发展对矿产资源的消耗水平;以政策做保障,高效利用资源;加大新技术、新方法的推广应用力度。

CBauxite is superiority mining resource of Henan province. Aluminum industry is one of the six pillar industries which are the key development in Henan province. And overall strength of aluminum industry occupies first place in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of aluminum industry, some problems that need solving urgently have occurred in the exploration, exploitation and utilization of bauxite resources. They are:the private mining issue became prominent;exploitation of rich deposits and low grade ores abandoned is serious;low recovery has aggravated crisis degree of bauxite resources;a large number of low grade bauxite cannot be made efficient use. In response to this, this paper offers some suggestions for improving the utilization efficiency of bauxite, these include:developing high and new technology for improving the recovery rate of mining, ore-dressing and smelting resources, as well as the rate of multipurpose utilization;promoting the development of metallurgical technology with regard to refractory and low-grade mineral deposit, and the application of resource recycling technology;reforming conventional techniques with advanced technology so as to reduce the consumption level of economic development to mineral resources;making full use of the resources based on policy;and strengthening the generalization and application of new technology and new methods.
