비중격천공수보술적방법흔다，흔난통일술식，다근거기천공적대소，부위，점막상태등구체정황결정。최근5년래，아문채용단층섭근막수보，경림상관찰，간단유효，조작방편，유흔강적림상실용성，치득림상삼고，추엄。
Many methods to repair perforation of nasal septum, dif icult to unified operation, according to the size of the perforation, position, decided to mucosal state specific circumstances. In recent five years, we use single temporal fascia repair, through the clinical observation, a simple and ef ective, convenient operation, clinical practicability, and is worthy of clinical reference, promotion.
