公立医院是医疗服务的主体，为患者提供及时、高效、便捷、优质的诊疗服务至关重要。立足于医院门诊流程优化的内涵与意义，总结了我国门诊流程优化中存在的预约挂号体系不完善、就诊流程不流畅、信息辅助流程应用不广泛等问题，在结合国内外经验的基础上，提出要完善预约挂号与分时段就诊、合理配置医疗资源、健全信息技术支撑等对策建议，以持续改进门诊服务水平与服务效率。

Public hospital is the main provider of medical service,so it is important to provide timely,efficient, convenient,superior medical service to patients.In view of the significance of process optimization in outpatient de-partment,the paper probed into the present problems of appointment system,outpatient service process,and auxil-iary information system application.Finally,with full consideration of our country's reality and advanced experience in foreign countries,this article provides some viewpoints of perfecting appointment system with different period time,rational allocating medical resources to meet demand,improving information technology support etc.,which aimed at providing references for sustainable improvement in outpatient service quality and efficiency.
