目的：探索肾衰宁联合爱西特治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择90例慢性肾衰竭患者，随机分为两组，治疗组45例，对照组45例，对照组给予常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗方法基础上联合应用肾衰宁和爱西特。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)，差异显著；与治疗前相比，治疗组治疗后Ccr明显升高，Scr、BUN明显下降(P＜0.01)；对照组治疗后Ccr明显下降，Scr、BUN明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论：肾衰宁联合爱西特对中早期慢性肾衰竭患者能改善肾功能，延缓慢性肾衰竭进展，治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效显著。

목적：탐색신쇠저연합애서특치료만성신쇠갈적림상료효。방법：선택90례만성신쇠갈환자，수궤분위량조，치료조45례，대조조45례，대조조급여상규치료방법，치료조재상규치료방법기출상연합응용신쇠저화애서특。결과：치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.01)，차이현저；여치료전상비，치료조치료후Ccr명현승고，Scr、BUN명현하강(P＜0.01)；대조조치료후Ccr명현하강，Scr、BUN명현승고(P＜0.05)。결론：신쇠저연합애서특대중조기만성신쇠갈환자능개선신공능，연완만성신쇠갈진전，치료만성신쇠갈료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shen Shuai Ning combined with Ai Xi Te in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:90 patients with chronic renal failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given Shen Shuai Ning and Ai Xi Te on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the difference was significant;compared with before treatment,Ccr of the treatment group was increased significantly after treatment,Scr,BUN were decreased significantly(P<0.01);Ccr of the control group was decreased significantly after treatment,Scr,BUN were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Shuai Ning combined with Ai Xi Te in the treatment of patients with early chronic renal failure can improve renal function,delay the progression of chronic renal failure,and its effect for the treatment of chronic renal failure is significant.
