特区开展家庭医生服务自身特点突出，试点社区健康中心在探索家庭医生服务时遵循持续性个人健康管理，合理利用医疗资源及推进健康预防的宗旨，通过实践探索服务的可行性和可及性，对家庭医生服务模式设计、服务的对象、服务内容、实施路径以及服务成效等方面进行实践及考察。认为因地制宜，采用现场研究，利用专家咨询和小组讨论，可促进家庭医生服务模式的可持续发展。

Shenzhen Special zone has it's own character in practicing health services.The practices based on family doctor system,such as continue personal health management, taking good advantage of limited medical resources, carrying forward health prevention practices. Through the practice exploration,we could tell the feasibility and the availability of the service mode of the Family Physician.This article argues this new service mode including service design,service targets,service contents and the implementation path,also with the service practice effect.We find that suiting the measures to local conditions,by consulting experts and group discussion could help promoting the sustainable development of Family Physician service mode.
