目的评价系统化整体护理在肿瘤患者CT扫描定位中的护理效果。方法选取2012年8月~2013年12月1580例行CT定位扫描的肿瘤患者，根据检查部位、病情、体质、年龄，给予系统化整体护理。结果患者积极配合扫描定位，静脉穿刺成功率达95%，对轻度碘过敏患者处置恰当，患者得到更主动、更有效的护理。结论做好CT定位扫描的观察及系统化整体护理工作，保证了扫描的顺利进行并获得了满意结果。
목적평개계통화정체호리재종류환자CT소묘정위중적호리효과。방법선취2012년8월~2013년12월1580례행CT정위소묘적종류환자，근거검사부위、병정、체질、년령，급여계통화정체호리。결과환자적겁배합소묘정위，정맥천자성공솔체95%，대경도전과민환자처치흡당，환자득도경주동、경유효적호리。결론주호CT정위소묘적관찰급계통화정체호리공작，보증료소묘적순리진행병획득료만의결과。
Objective To evaluate the nursing ef ect in cancer patient's ct simulation scanning with systemic holistic nursing care. Methods 1580 cases receiving CT simulation scanning from August 2012 to December 2013 were selected as study objects, give the systematic holistic nursing care basis of patients. Results The success rate of venipuncture reached to 95%.Severe badness hypersensitive reaction occured in one case and was treated successful y. Conclusion Systemic holistic nursing care can help to perform CT simulation scanning smoothly.
