目的：探讨二维和彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析经病理证实的98例乳腺肿块声像图特征及彩色多普勒超声血流情况。结果：手术病理证实乳腺癌90例，6例超声误诊为乳腺癌，1例超声误诊为良性肿块，1例超声漏诊。超声诊断符合率(90/98)91.8%，漏误诊率(8/98)8.2%。结论：高频二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值。

목적：탐토이유화채색다보륵초성대유선암적진단개치。방법：회고분석경병리증실적98례유선종괴성상도특정급채색다보륵초성혈류정황。결과：수술병리증실유선암90례，6례초성오진위유선암，1례초성오진위량성종괴，1례초성루진。초성진단부합솔(90/98)91.8%，루오진솔(8/98)8.2%。결론：고빈이유초성연합채색다보륵초성기술대유선암유교고적진단개치。
Objective:To evaluate the value of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:98 patients with breast mass had been diagnosed with pathology.The sonographic characteristics and color flow of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:90 cases were diagnosed breast cancer by operation and pathology.6 cases were misdiagnosed as breast cancer by ultrasound.1 case was misdiagnosed as benign tumor by ultrasound.1 case was missed diagnosis by ultrasound.The accordance rate of ultrasound diagnostic was 91.8% (90/98),and the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate was 8.2% (8/98).Conclusion:High-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color doppler technology has a high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
