目的：预防糖尿病肾病患者导管并发感染，延长导管留置的时间。方法将我们临床中遇到的1例糖尿病肾病血液透析导管感染病例进行回顾性分析，严格执行无菌操作，并采取有效的干预措施。结果患者1w 后复查创口处分泌物培养转阴。结论对糖尿病要早发现、早治疗、延缓肾损害。一旦出现肾功能不全要早做评估、早期建立合适的透析通路、早行替代治疗，对于血液透析患者要严格管理透析通路，防止感染的发生。
목적：예방당뇨병신병환자도관병발감염，연장도관류치적시간。방법장아문림상중우도적1례당뇨병신병혈액투석도관감염병례진행회고성분석，엄격집행무균조작，병채취유효적간예조시。결과환자1w 후복사창구처분비물배양전음。결론대당뇨병요조발현、조치료、연완신손해。일단출현신공능불전요조주평고、조기건립합괄적투석통로、조행체대치료，대우혈액투석환자요엄격관리투석통로，방지감염적발생。
Objective: to prevent diabetic nephropathy patients complicated with infection prolonged catheter, indwel ing catheter time. Methods: we encountered in clinical 1 cases of hemodialysis catheter infection were retrospectively analyzed, strict implementation of aseptic operation, and to take ef ective intervention measures. Results:the patients were reexamined after one week wound secretion culture negative. Conclusion: the diabetes need the early detection, early treatment, renal damage. Once the renal insuf iciency should be done as early as assessment, early hemodialysis access, early appropriate alternative treatment, for hemodialysis patients with hemodialysis access to strict management, prevent the occurrence of infection.
