声表面波测温是一种新型的测温方法,具有无源无线、易安装易维护以及能在恶劣环境下工作等优点。利用声表面波测温的优势,设计并开发了基于声表面波温度传感器的在线测温系统。系统软件设计基于IEC软件模型,结构合理、可靠性高,并参照IEC标准实现了与上层系统的通信;硬件设计采用分散-集中的配置方法,确保系统的高可靠性和易维护性。
聲錶麵波測溫是一種新型的測溫方法,具有無源無線、易安裝易維護以及能在噁劣環境下工作等優點。利用聲錶麵波測溫的優勢,設計併開髮瞭基于聲錶麵波溫度傳感器的在線測溫繫統。繫統軟件設計基于IEC軟件模型,結構閤理、可靠性高,併參照IEC標準實現瞭與上層繫統的通信;硬件設計採用分散-集中的配置方法,確保繫統的高可靠性和易維護性。

Acoustic surface wave temperature measurement is a new method of temperature measurement, which is source free and wireless, easy installation and maintenance and suitable for working in harsh environ-ment. By utilization of acoustic surface wave temperature measurement, an on-line temperature measurement system is designed and developed based on acoustic surface wave temperature sensor. The design of system software is based on IEC software model, and is structurally reasonable, highly reliable;furthermore, it is in accordance with IEC standard and realizes intercommunication of top systems. The hardware configuration adopts deconcentration-concentration method, making the system highly reliable and easy to maintenance.
