针对地面测试技术无法适应航天任务需求的现状,提出一种基于PCI和FPGA的数据实时采集、存储和处理的方法,并分别对硬件接口设计和软件设计做了阐述。本系统使用90 mm×96 mm的PC/104 PLUS主板替代测试PC机,体积小、便携、结构稳定、宽温工作;系统数据传输采用PCI总线,高速传输、控制方便;接口芯片通过FPGA控制,控制方式灵活、可变;软件使用模块化设计方法,扩展性强、提高可重用率;硬件基础判读、软件再次判读、中断报警,保存了错误时系统状态,降低测试过程对人的依赖,提高了测试自动化程度。

Traditional ground detection technology cannot meet the demand of space missions. Aiming at this problem, this paper implements a new ground detection system based on PCI bus and FPGA. Hardware interface design and software design are also discussed respectively. The system uses 90 mm×96 mm PC/104 PLUS motherboard for its small size, stable structure, and wide operating temperature. High-speed-and-easy-control PCI bus is used for data transition. Interface chips are controlled by FPGA and thus operating modes can easily be changed. Software uses a modular design approach to achieve scalability and reusability. Hardware interpretation, software re-interpretation, interruptive alarm, and error state saving of the system reduce human labor and achieve test automation.
