This paper adopts comparative analysis of the financial structure in the process of interest rate marketization evolution of developed countries such as the US, Japan, South Korea, Germany,etc. On this basis, this paper studies the present condition and characteristics of the interest rate marketization in China, and puts forward the suggestions to promote the interest rate marketization and optimize the financial structure in China.
