互联网金融征信作为规范和促进互联网金融健康发展的核心，成为我国当前征信体系建设需要研究的重要课题。本文从阿里金融征信模式入手，通过对中国商业银行传统信贷市场垄断模型以及 P2P 和商业银行的垄断竞争模型的微观分析，阐述互联网金融征信体系在打破垄断、促进竞争、推进金融改革市场化等方面的作用机制。在此基础上，本文根据我国互联网金融模式和互联网金融征信的发展趋势，提出促进我国互联网金融征信体系建设的建议以及商业银行的应对措施。

As the core of regulating and promoting the healthy development of the Internet finance, the Internet financial credit reporting becomes an important subject of China's current credit system construction. From the Ali financial credit mode, this paper adopts micro analysis of the traditional commercial bank credit market monopolistic model, P2P and the commercial bank monopoly competition. Further, this paper illustrates the action mechanism that the Internet financial credit system breaks monopoly, promotes competition and financial reform marketization. On this basis, according to the current situation and the development trend of Internet finance model in China, this paper offers the suggestions to promote the construction of China's Internet financial credit reporting system and the countermeasures of commercial banks.
