以交联羧甲基马铃薯淀粉渣为基料,辅以增塑剂、增强剂、湿强剂、交联剂等改良助剂,研制一种新型马铃薯渣基多功能可降解液体地膜,研究多功能液体地膜的田艺特性。结果表明,马铃薯渣基液体降解地膜可提高地温0.8~1.6℃,提高土壤含水量6.4%~17.9%,降低土壤pH值,减小土壤容重3.3%~26.9%,提高土壤孔隙度4.2%~36.1%,增加土壤肥力(氮、磷和钾)5.1%~15.3%;土埋60 d,降解地膜土埋质量损失率高达67.8%,具有良好的生物降解性能。
以交聯羧甲基馬鈴藷澱粉渣為基料,輔以增塑劑、增彊劑、濕彊劑、交聯劑等改良助劑,研製一種新型馬鈴藷渣基多功能可降解液體地膜,研究多功能液體地膜的田藝特性。結果錶明,馬鈴藷渣基液體降解地膜可提高地溫0.8~1.6℃,提高土壤含水量6.4%~17.9%,降低土壤pH值,減小土壤容重3.3%~26.9%,提高土壤孔隙度4.2%~36.1%,增加土壤肥力(氮、燐和鉀)5.1%~15.3%;土埋60 d,降解地膜土埋質量損失率高達67.8%,具有良好的生物降解性能。

The potato pulp based multifunctional and biodegradable liquid mulching film is prepared by solution mixing method with Crosslinking carboxymethyl potato starch residue as the main raw material and plasticizer, reinforcing agent, wet strength agent and crosslinking agent as the modified additives and the field characteristics are studied. The results show that the liquid mulching film can improve the ground temperature 0.8~1.6 ℃, soil moisture content increased by 6.4%~17.9%, reduce the soil pH, decrease soil bulk density of 3.3%~26.9%, increase soil porosity of 4.2%~36.1%, and increase the soil fertility (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) by 5.1%to 15.3%. The degradation in weightlessness rate is reached as high as 67.8%after 60 d soil buried and the potato pulp based multifunctional and biodegradable liquid mulching film had good biodegradable properties.
