干涉型光纤陀螺已广泛应用于惯性领域,它通常分为开环和闭环两种方案。在实际运用中,其标度因数性能决定了角速度测量的准确性。本文从开环型光纤陀螺的多次谐波解调原理出发,对影响标度因数性能的非理想因素进行研究和仿真分析,结果表明调制信号的谐波振幅大小及相位关系、电路增益的差异是影响标度因数的主要原因。根据理论分析结果,对开环型光纤陀螺的现有电路部分硬件和软件进行了相应改进,使标度因数的非线性度和不对称度均小于10-4,大大地提高了开环光纤陀螺的标度因数性能。

Interferometric fiber optic gyros(IFOGs) are widely used in inertial field, and are generally divided into two schemes:open-loop and closed-loop. In practical application, the IFOG’s scale factor determines the accuracy of angular velocity measurement. In this paper, the relationship between the scale factor of open-loop IFOG based on the harmonic wave demodulation method and the non-ideal factors was analyzed and simulated numerically. The results show that the levels of the harmonic amplitude and the initial phase of the modulation signal, and the circuit-gain difference of the IFOG signals are the main reasons that influence the scale factor of IFOG. Based on the results, the corresponding improvements on the hardware and the software of the open-loop IFOG were performed. The achieved scale factor nonlinearity and scale factor asymmetry of the IFOGs are both less than 10-4.
