以丙烯酸(AA)、2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧环庚烷(MDO)为共聚反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种绿色环保型高分子助洗剂.考察了反应时间、MDO含量、引发剂含量、聚合反应温度等对共聚产物性能的影响.结果表明:合成的P(AA-co-MDO)共聚物具有优良、可控的助洗性能和生物降解性能,钙螯合力可达到531.32 mg(CaCO3)· g-1,碳酸钙分散力133.03 mg(CaCO3)· g-1,28 d的生物降解率为62.1%.

A novel green polymer detergent builder was prepared by solution polymerization with 2-meth-ylene-1,3-dioxepane(MDO) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers.The effects of reaction time, MDO content, initiator content , and polymerization temperature on the properties of copolymer were investiga-ted.The results show that synthetic copolymer P ( AA-co-MDO) has excellent but controllable washing as-sisting properties and biodegradability .The chelating capacity, dispersing of P(AA-co-MDO) copolymer are 531.32 mg(CaCO3)· g-1, 133.03 mg(CaCO3)· g-1 respectively.The biodegradation rate is as high as 62.1%within 28 days.
