考察了阴离子树脂、3A分子筛及活性炭等对高压聚乙烯返回气中丙醛脱除效果的影响。实验结果表明:阴离子树脂在吸附120 min后脱醛率降到40%以下;3A分子筛在200 min后脱醛率降到40%以下;活性炭在吸附300 m in后仍然有60%左右的脱醛率。亚硫酸氢钠溶液几乎能完全脱除丙醛(99%以上)。增加对丙醛吸附效果较佳的3A分子筛、活性炭的量都会提高脱醛率,但3A分子筛的吸附饱和量较小。同时,对吸附饱和量较大的活性炭进行了不同原料气流速和选择性实验,结果表明:原料气流速在30 m L/m in脱醛效果最高,在70 m L/m in最低;活性炭对乙烯的吸附率在40 m in后降为1%以下,而脱醛率与只吸附丙醛时接近。

고찰료음리자수지、3A분자사급활성탄등대고압취을희반회기중병철탈제효과적영향。실험결과표명:음리자수지재흡부120 min후탈철솔강도40%이하;3A분자사재200 min후탈철솔강도40%이하;활성탄재흡부300 m in후잉연유60%좌우적탈철솔。아류산경납용액궤호능완전탈제병철(99%이상)。증가대병철흡부효과교가적3A분자사、활성탄적량도회제고탈철솔,단3A분자사적흡부포화량교소。동시,대흡부포화량교대적활성탄진행료불동원료기류속화선택성실험,결과표명:원료기류속재30 m L/m in탈철효과최고,재70 m L/m in최저;활성탄대을희적흡부솔재40 m in후강위1%이하,이탈철솔여지흡부병철시접근。
The experiment of screening agents of removing propanal has carried on .The experimental results showed that the removing rate of propanal by anion resin had reduced to less than 40% after adsorbing 120 minutes .And the removing rate of propanal by 3A molecular sieve had also reduced to less than 40% after adsorbing 200 minutes .But the removing rate of propanal by activate carbon still had about 60% after adsorbing 300 minutes .Propanal was removed more than 99% by sodium hydrogensulfite solution .The rate of removal propanal has been improved when increased the amount of 3A molecular sieve and activated carbon ,which had a better absorbing effect for propanal .But the 3A molecular sieve had a smaller saturated adsorption .Meanwhile ,activate carbon ,which had a larger saturated adsorption for propanal ,was choosed for the different feed gas flow rate and selectivity experiments .It was concluded that the removing rate of propanal was the highest in the feed gas flow of 30 mL/min and the lowest in the feed gas flow of 70 mL/min .And the ethylene adsorption rate of active carbon had reduced to less than 1% after adsorbing 40 minutes ,what is more ,the propanal removing rate of active carbon was nearly the same as the previous one .
