目的:观察体外培育牛黄协助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronicobstructivepulmonarydis-eases,COPD)急性加重期痰热郁肺证的临床疗效。方法将入选的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证的患者随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(24例),所有患者均进行常规的COPD治疗。治疗组加服体外培育牛黄治疗,体外培育牛黄剂量为0.15g/粒,温开水送服,每日1粒。两组均治疗10d为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分及动脉血气分析的变化情况。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、动脉血气分析均有改善,且治疗组改善更显著。结论体外培育牛黄协助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证确实有改善作用。

목적:관찰체외배육우황협조치료만성조새성폐질병(chronicobstructivepulmonarydis-eases,COPD)급성가중기담열욱폐증적림상료효。방법장입선적만성조새성폐질병급성가중기담열욱폐증적환자수궤분위치료조(24례)화대조조(24례),소유환자균진행상규적COPD치료。치료조가복체외배육우황치료,체외배육우황제량위0.15g/립,온개수송복,매일1립。량조균치료10d위1개료정。관찰량조치료전후중의증후적분급동맥혈기분석적변화정황。결과량조치료후중의증후적분、동맥혈기분석균유개선,차치료조개선경현저。결론체외배육우황협조치료만성조새성폐질병급성가중기담열욱폐증학실유개선작용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of in vitro cultivated calculus bovis on the acute exacerba-tion stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods Patients with the acute exacerbation stage of COPD with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(24 cases)and control group(24 cases).All patients were given conventional therapy of COPD.The treatment group was added the treatment of in vitro cultivated calculus bovis ,0.15 gadose ,one dose a day ,continuously 10 days for a course of treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome integral and arterial blood gas were observed before and after treatment.Results After the treatment ,the TCM syndrome integral and arterial blood gas in both groups were obviously improved ,with more significant improvement in the treatment group com-pared with those in the control group.Conclusion In vitro cultivated calculus bovis is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation stage of COPD with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome.
