经济的高速发展、城市化进程的不断加快导致高速铁路、轻轨等市域、城际快速交通方式成指数增长。随之而来的次生环境污染---噪声成为民众重点关注和亟待解决的环境问题。迄今为止,建立声屏障可能是解决城市交通噪声污染最为有效的途径。以成灌铁路降噪方案设计为例,从结构形式、安装条件、荷载等关键技术问题探讨和介绍铁路声屏障的创新性运用。首先,多元化降噪适合诸如成灌铁路此类敏感点多、复杂的铁路工程。再者,半插板式及弧形结构声屏障是一种全新的桥梁声屏障结构形式。成灌线降噪工程在全线桥梁段预留声屏障安装条件和荷载遮板内贴吸声板,是兼顾城市发展的降噪新措施。此外,轨面吸声板亦为国内首次运营采用,这是从噪声源强上进行有效控制的突破性降噪措施。通过成灌铁路各种类型降噪措施的设计和实践,一方面为降低运营后对两侧居民的噪声影响;另一方面为高速铁路声屏障设计提供运用实例和参照。

High-speed railway has boomed exponentially with the acceleration of economy and urbanization.Consequent-ly,secondary environmental pollution-noise becomes a publicly focused environmental problem that need to be solved immediately.Up to now,sound barriers have been used as an efficient way to solve urban traffic noise pollution.In this paper,the noise reduction plan on Chengdu-Dujiangyan line is taken as the study case to present the structure forma-tion,installation conditions,loading and such key technical issues in an innovative way.Firstly,diversified noise reduc-tion method is suitable to Chengdu-Dujiangyan line,which is involved with many complex sensitive points.Furthermore, the semi-plug plate and arc structure constitute a new sound barrier on railway bridges.The sound barrier installation conditions reserved and load cover plate affixed with acoustic panels across the bridge section is a new noise reduction measure that accommodates the development of new urban areas.In addition,the rail acoustic panels are also initially used domestically,which is a breakthrough in noise reduction and may effectively control noise fundamentally.The de-sign and practice of various noise reduction measures on Chengdu-Dujiangyan line not only reduce the undesired sound to the nearby residents,but provide a living example and reference to the design and construction of future high-speed rail-way.
