目前国内外对高速铁路空心高墩寒潮温度应力研究不多。为了研究寒潮作用下高速铁路高墩结构温度场及温度应力分布,以贵广铁路幸福源双线特大桥12号桥墩为工程背景开展研究工作。该墩为矩形空心墩,墩高80 m,钢筋混凝土结构。浇筑墩身混凝土同时在墩壁内预埋多个温度传感器,选择寒潮来袭时,现场实测了12号墩内寒潮温度场分布,再通过有限元计算对桥墩内寒潮温度场进行了计算验证,采用回归分析得出寒潮温度场在墩壁内按指数曲线分布,归纳出了桥墩内寒潮温度场分布曲线方程。并根据实测得到的桥墩寒潮温度场,采用有限元软件ANSYS分析了桥墩内寒潮温度应力,同时对不同寒潮降温下桥墩内温度应力进行计算研究,归纳总结出寒潮降温与墩壁内温度应力的对应关系。

In order to study the distribution of temperature field and its stress under the action of cold wave in high-speed railway high pier structure,researches are carried out based on No.12 pier of Xingfuyuan double-line super-large bridge on Guiyang-Guangzhou railway.The pier,hollowly and rectangularly-shaped,80 m high,is a reinforced concrete struc-ture,in which a temperature sensor is embedded as the pier was being cast.When cold wave appears,field test is given to get the temperature distribution in the pier,and then finite element calculation is employed to give it a recheck. Through regression analysis,it is concluded that the cold wave temperature field is distributed in index curve on the pier inside wall and the equation for it is also generalized.According to the measured cold wave temperature field,cold wave stress in the pier is analyzed with finite element software ANSYS,and the temperature stress in the pier under different cold weather is calculated to summarize how the cold cooling corresponds the temperature stress on the pier inside wall.
