我国已完全进入老龄化社会，本文基于国情查阅国内外现有文献，将需照顾的老年人进行合理分类，并归纳总结了在养老过程中主要照顾者和被照顾者双方面临的问题及解决对策。希望能为中国养老政策提供参考依据，呼吁社会关注老年人同时给予照顾者关爱理解和支持。

With our country entering the aging society, the paper carries on the reasonable classification on the old based on national conditions and lots of documents- reading at home and abroad. Meanwhile, we summarized the problems which the old and the main caregivers faced with and solutions. We also hope that while the whole society is paying more attention to the old, the caregivers could be given more attention and positive social assistance.
