目的:建立白鹤灵芝药材中伞形花内酯质量分数测定的方法.方法:色谱柱XtimateTM -C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm);流动相:V(0.1%磷酸水溶液)∶V(乙腈)=75∶25;流速为0.8 mL/min;检测波长318 nm;柱温25℃.结果:伞形花内酯质量分数在一定范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),加标回收率为100.12%,RSD=2.16%(n=6),不同批次白鹤灵芝中伞形花内酯质量分数差异明显.结论:建立的方法操作简单,精密度好,结果准确,可用于白鹤灵芝中伞形花内酯质量分数的测定.
目的:建立白鶴靈芝藥材中傘形花內酯質量分數測定的方法.方法:色譜柱XtimateTM -C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm);流動相:V(0.1%燐痠水溶液)∶V(乙腈)=75∶25;流速為0.8 mL/min;檢測波長318 nm;柱溫25℃.結果:傘形花內酯質量分數在一定範圍內線性關繫良好(r=0.9997),加標迴收率為100.12%,RSD=2.16%(n=6),不同批次白鶴靈芝中傘形花內酯質量分數差異明顯.結論:建立的方法操作簡單,精密度好,結果準確,可用于白鶴靈芝中傘形花內酯質量分數的測定.
목적:건립백학령지약재중산형화내지질량분수측정적방법.방법:색보주XtimateTM -C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5μm);류동상:V(0.1%린산수용액)∶V(을정)=75∶25;류속위0.8 mL/min;검측파장318 nm;주온25℃.결과:산형화내지질량분수재일정범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9997),가표회수솔위100.12%,RSD=2.16%(n=6),불동비차백학령지중산형화내지질량분수차이명현.결론:건립적방법조작간단,정밀도호,결과준학,가용우백학령지중산형화내지질량분수적측정.
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determinating the umbelliferone in Rhinacanthus nasu-tus (L.) Lindau.Methods:XtimateTM -C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm ×5 μm); mobile phase:0.1% aqueous phos-phoric acid /acetonitrile (75∶25);flow rate 0.8 mL/min;detection wavelength:318 nm;the column temperature was controlled at 25℃.Results:The umbelliferone had a good linear relationship in a certain range (r=0.999 7), recovery rates were in the range of 100.12%, RSD=2.16%(n=6), the content of umbelliferone varied in differ-ent collection periods .Conclusions:The proposed method was found to be simple , precise and accurate and suit-able for the simultaneous determination of umbelliferone in Rhinacanthus nasutus ( L.) Lindau.
