以4-硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺和2-氨基-3,5-二硝基噻吩为重氮组份,以2-N,N-二(乙酸甲酯基)氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚为偶合组份,经重氮化-偶合反应合成了3个新型偶氮染料,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对其进行了结构表征,并研究了它们在涤纶织物、乙基化改性木粉和苄基化改性木粉上的染色性能。结果表明:3个偶氮染料均为目标产物,最大可见吸收波长分别为520、570和609 nm(DMF),摩尔吸光系数均大于104;它们在涤纶织物上染色的色光分别为红色,蓝色和绿色,在乙基化改性木粉和苄基化改性木粉上染色的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光近似,染色样品均具有高水洗牢度。

Three azo dyes were synthesized via diazo-coupling reaction with 2-N,N-bis(methyl acetate) ami-no-4-acetamido-anisole as the coupling component , the 4-nitroaniline, 6-bromo-2,4-dinitroaniline and 2-amino-3, 5-dinitrothiophene as the diazo components , and characterized by UV-Vis, IR and 1 H NMR techniques .And their dyeing performance on polyester fabric , ethylated fir powder and benzylated fir powder was investigated .The results show that the maximum visible absorption of three dyes in DMF is at 520,570,609 nm, respectively, and the val-ues of molar extinction coefficient are over 104 .The color shade of dyed polyester fabric is red , blue and green, re-spectively .The color shade of both of the dyed chemical modified wood fir powders is similar to that of dyed polyes-ter fabric.Furthermore, all the dyed samples are of excellent fastness to washing .
