介绍了酒钢炼轧厂高线工序粗轧轧机开发无孔型轧制技术的实践。根据高线工艺特点,对轧辊辊型、无孔型专用导卫、轧制工艺参数进行了优化设计。投入使用后,轧辊寿命提高2.5倍以上,轧机负荷下降7.5%,节能效果明显,产品质量进一步得到提高。实践结果表明,无孔型轧制在节能、降耗、提高生产率等方面具有显著效果。
介紹瞭酒鋼煉軋廠高線工序粗軋軋機開髮無孔型軋製技術的實踐。根據高線工藝特點,對軋輥輥型、無孔型專用導衛、軋製工藝參數進行瞭優化設計。投入使用後,軋輥壽命提高2.5倍以上,軋機負荷下降7.5%,節能效果明顯,產品質量進一步得到提高。實踐結果錶明,無孔型軋製在節能、降耗、提高生產率等方麵具有顯著效果。

The experience of grooveless rolling technology of high speed wire rod in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group Co .is produced .Design of roll shape , special grooveless rolling guide and parameter of rolling technology was optimized according to character of high speed wire rod .The roll life increased 2.5 times, the mill load decreased 7.5%, the effect of energy saving was obvious and the quality of production enhanced .The practical results show that the obvious effects of energy sav-ing and consumption decrease , and increase of productivity .
