针对连铸工艺特点,在分析连铸热过程基本假设及控制方程的基础上,提出了数值模拟计算连铸热过程数学模型的程序计算框图。依据计算框图,通过特定钢种Q235,模拟计算了结晶器内部温度分布、铸坯断面温度分布的重要数据,其对连铸工艺的生产和设计,有十分重要的理论和实际意义。
針對連鑄工藝特點,在分析連鑄熱過程基本假設及控製方程的基礎上,提齣瞭數值模擬計算連鑄熱過程數學模型的程序計算框圖。依據計算框圖,通過特定鋼種Q235,模擬計算瞭結晶器內部溫度分佈、鑄坯斷麵溫度分佈的重要數據,其對連鑄工藝的生產和設計,有十分重要的理論和實際意義。

According to the characteristics of continuous casting process , the paper put forward the detail program calcula-tion diagram that numerically calculates the mathematical model of thermal process .Based on the program calculation dia-gram, critical data are obtained by the simulation calculation of internal temperature distribution in mould and slab cross section temperature distribution .This study has important theoretical and practical significance in production and design of continuous casting process .
