高职实用性体育是培养高职学生综合素质的重要组成部分，而高职体育教师职后可持续发展现状并不乐观，绝大部分高职体育教师缺乏与外界沟通交流、学习培训的机会，因而很难将职业实用性体育真正落到实处，限制了高职实用性体育在培养学生职业体能中的作用。高职实用性体育想要发展，建立系统的高职体育教师职后可持续发展环境刻不容缓。
고직실용성체육시배양고직학생종합소질적중요조성부분，이고직체육교사직후가지속발전현상병불악관，절대부분고직체육교사결핍여외계구통교류、학습배훈적궤회，인이흔난장직업실용성체육진정락도실처，한제료고직실용성체육재배양학생직업체능중적작용。고직실용성체육상요발전，건립계통적고직체육교사직후가지속발전배경각불용완。
Higher vocational practical physical education is to cultivate higher vocational students' comprehensive quality is an important part of,and the sustainable development of higher vocational physical education teachers in present situation is not optimistic, most of the higher vocational physical education teachers lack of communication with the outside world,learning training opportu-nities,so it is difficult to truly implement professional practical sports,limits the vocational role in cultivating students'professional practical sports fitness.Higher vocational practical sports want to development,to establish system of P.E.teachers in higher vocational environment sustainable devel-opment is urgently needed.
