针对目前测试、测量和自动化领域的现状与未来发展趋势,结合虚拟仪器技术实现了机械密封试验装置的构建。本文归纳总结了基于虚拟仪器试验装置构建的一般方法,按照试验装置构建的逻辑次序阐述了试验装置搭建过程中的前期计算及总体方案选择、主体部分搭建、辅助系统搭建、电气系统设计、测控系统集成等一系列工作的具体过程,重点对试验装置的测控系统进行了详细介绍。
針對目前測試、測量和自動化領域的現狀與未來髮展趨勢,結閤虛擬儀器技術實現瞭機械密封試驗裝置的構建。本文歸納總結瞭基于虛擬儀器試驗裝置構建的一般方法,按照試驗裝置構建的邏輯次序闡述瞭試驗裝置搭建過程中的前期計算及總體方案選擇、主體部分搭建、輔助繫統搭建、電氣繫統設計、測控繫統集成等一繫列工作的具體過程,重點對試驗裝置的測控繫統進行瞭詳細介紹。

According to the current status of test,measurement and automation and the development trend in the future,com-bined with virtual instrument technology,the experimental device of mechanical seals was constructed.The general method was summarized,and the specific process about preliminary calculation and selection of general scheme,building of the main part, building of the auxiliary system,design of the electrical system,integration of the measurement and control system in the process of building the experimental device is logically elaborated.The measurement and control system of the experimental device is intro-duced in detail especially.
