宁波市政府网站在“全国省会及计划单列市政府网站绩效排名中”名列前茅，但与国内外部分政府网站相比，宁波市政府网站在色彩搭配和文字图片等细节处理上尚存不足。网站的色彩对比感不强，标题之间的层次感不够凸显；文字过多，图片、视频模态不足。针对这些不足之处，宁波市政府网站应该提高图像运用比例，丰富表意形式，补充动画，提升页面的表意效果。

Though the Governmental Website of Ningbo City comes out among the best in the performance ranking at the provincial and the national specially designated cities, its inadequacies are obvious, i.e. the disproportion between color modality and language modality and the weak color contrast. In view of the existing inadequacies, the article suggests the Governmental Website of Ningbo City increase the proportion of pictures and cartoons.
