将智能交通系统致力于交通系统的信息化、智能化和社会化,可有效解决日益严重的城市交通问题,因而备受各国关注。客运车辆监控系统作为ITS的关键技术已经得到广泛应用,为了使客运车辆运行顺畅、安全、绿色低碳,在对差分GPS定位及3G通信技术进行分析基础上,对客运车辆监控管理系统进行了详细分析与设计,并通过实际实验表明了该系统能够有效完成客运车辆的监控、调度及防盗等功能。

Intelligent Transportation Systems is committed to the transport system of information, intelligence and socialization, which can effectively solve the growing problem of urban trafifc problems, so much national attention. Passenger vehicle monitoring system as one of the key ITS has been widely used, in order to make the smooth running of passenger vehicles, safety, green carbon, in the differential GPS positioning and Unicom 3G communications technology based on the analysis of the passenger vehicle monitoring and management system has been detailed analysis and design, through practical experiments show that the system can effectively complete passenger vehicle monitoring, scheduling, and anti-theft function.
